WHAT DOES A COACH DO?
We share our own journey and help others believe in themselves and reach their goals. We provide tools and accountability through small focus groups. We are the support piece that so many are missing. We get to pay it forward.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Our team believes that we are better together. Two are better than one. Our team is a place where you can connect with other dreamers. Other doers. Others who want to live out their perfect day. It’s a safe place to fall and ask for support and encouragement. Its a place to celebrate victories. We wrap our arms around each other. We’re a judgement free zone. We want to be a part of something that is bigger than us.
ALL ABOUT OUR TEAM NAME AND LOGO
TRIBE4:9 means so much to me. This team was created so others could experience the love and support I’ve been given.
Because we are a community--a tribe-- all working together for the same purpose.. we want others to live their BEST life. We want to help others see their potential and reach their goals. As a military wife, we move often. I want to have a community, a tribe, no matter WHERE the military life takes us. That’s what this tribe is for me. They are my family.
My faith is my foundation. It gets me through life. Ecclesiastes 4:9 says “Two are better than one.” I truly believe that. It wasn’t until I joined a support group with my coach that I saw results in my fitness journey. She taught me how to make lifestyle changes, not quick fixes. We worked together to reach my goals. The same goes for our team. Teamwork makes the dreamwork.
“An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. When life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means it’s going to launch you into something great. So just focus, and keep aiming.”
I found Beachbody when I was in a really difficult place. I was depressed and my lack of confidence was beginning to affect my close relationships. I love the symbolism the arrows provide. Even in the most difficult of times, there is hope. Something great is going to happen. And something great did happen when I joined a challenge group and as a coach. No matter how far life pulls you back, eventually you will move forward.
